BlackRock cuts bitcoin ETF in-kind swap minimum to $1 million: report

The lower threshold gives larger bitcoin holders a cheaper route to exchange directly held BTC for IBIT shares, while the SEC's rule permits the mechanism but does not require an issuer to offer it.
