Bitwise launches tokenized stock portfolios with Coinbase and Glider

The crypto asset manager says eligible non-U.S. users can keep tokenized shares in their wallets while Glider automatically rebalances portfolios built around AI, robotics and large-cap technology themes.

Bitwise's announcement says the initial portfolios cover artificial intelligence, robotics and an expanded Magnificent Seven theme. CoinDesk independently reported the launch and identified Glider as the technology provider handling rebalancing.

What is live, and what is not

The portfolios are available only to eligible non-U.S. persons in jurisdictions where the products are permitted. Bitwise's release says the tokens remain in non-custodial wallets and that users may access the portfolios through Glider. It also says the service carries a 0.15% methodology access fee, before trading or platform fees.

The release describes the product as rules-based model portfolios, not personalized investment advice. It also says Bitwise does not issue the tokenized stocks or independently verify Coinbase's statements about one-to-one backing, shareholder rights or redeemability. The public evidence supports a product launch and access restriction, not a claim that the portfolios are broadly available or that they have attracted meaningful assets.
